Curtis earned the first assist of his career at 6:55 of the 1st period off a Larry Dube goal at Milwaukee on January 25, 2003.

Curtis missed 18 games with an ankle injury from December to March during the 2003-04 season.

• Charged with one foul in his his first match of the season on October 13 at Sacramento
• Took one shot and blocked one shot vs St. Louis on October 20
• Committed two fouls at Utah on October 22
• Committed a foul and blocked one shot at San Diego on October 28

2002-03

• Recieved a Misconduct penalty on December 8 at Milwaukee that resulted in his being suspended for the next match by the new-MISL league office.
  • This led Sidekicks play-by-play announcer Pete Stien to nickname Curtis "Mad Dog".
• Blocked two shots in a game twice:
  1. November 29, 2002 vs. Kansas City.
  2. January 25, 2003 at Milwaukee
• Committed three fouls in a game three different times:
  1. November 24 vs. Harrisburg
  2. January 12 at San Diego
  3. March 22 vs. San Diego
• Took two shots in a game twice:
  1. November 30 vs. Milwaukee
  2. January 12 at San Diego

2003-04

• Took one shot and committed one foul vs. La Furia de Monterrey on October 5, 2003.
• Assisted on David Doyle's 4th Quarter goal at La Furia on March 10,2004.
• Earned one assist at Philadelphia on March 28.
