Sidekicks general manager Ron Adkins announced that he met today with "...substantial
people...(who have) a passion for the sport," about buying the franchise
that then-owner Donald Carter put up for sale. "That's the combination
you need. I would not be surprised to have two proposals for Mr. Carter's
review..." before the May 31 deadline for completing the sale.

called the dreaded "Track Day," where Sidekick players put on the
jogging uniforms and do laps as part of thier conditioning regimen.
